Service Description

Stay strong, confident, and ready for anything. Virtual senior workout class live on Zoom designed to build muscle, stamina, and stability safely. Challenge yourself with new exercises that support bone health, posture, and everyday strength, all while maintaining a joint-friendly approach. Stay consistent, stay strong, and age actively — on your own terms. Perfect for anyone ready to advance their strength safely and maintain independence with energy to spare. Builds upon the stability developed in ST 101 by progressively increasing the training load and complexity. It uses superset techniques, where a traditional strength exercise is paired with a stabilization exercise that has a similar biomechanical motion. For best results, practice strength training two to three times per week. Pair with ST 102 Friday to complete your week. Prerequisite: Strength Training 101 and by invitation or permission of the instructor at info@OurFitnessCommunity.com This one-hour class happens online at 10:30AM ET on Wednesdays. Eight sessions.
