Refund & Make-Up Class Policy

All class registrations are final. Due to the nature of our virtual fitness classes and to ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, we do not offer refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes, late cancellations, or change of mind, regardless of the reason (including, but not limited to, vacation, conflicting activities, or forgetting a class). Please note that all personal training and private sessions require 48 hours cancellation notice, otherwise they will not qualify for a make-up session. We encourage all participants to attend their scheduled training times. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.
