Join our Senior Strength class to improve your muscle strength and slow the aging process. Tailored specifically for beginners aged 55 and above. Lays the foundation for strength training by correcting muscle imbalances, developing proper movement patterns, and enhancing the body's ability to stabilize the spine and pelvis. This class prepares the body for heavier loads by improving core activation, balance, and postural control through exercises with lower intensity and higher repetitions. For best results, take two strength training classes per week. Register for both Tuesday and Thursday Strength Training 101 classes for a winning combination. This one-hour class happens online at 10:30AM ET on Thursdays. Eight sessions.
