Service Description

Keep moving — keep living well! Stay Active Move is a motivating live virtual fitness class for older adults that combines stretching, light cardio, resistance, and mobility training to improve endurance, balance, and flexibility. Great for beginners or those easing back into exercise. Every session focuses on joint health, coordination, and active aging — helping you feel better, move better, and age better. This 45-minute class happens online twice a week: at 1:15 PM ET on Mondays and Wednesdays. Eight sessions.
