Senior Pilates offers gentle core strengthening and flexibility tailored for every body. Designed specifically for older adults, this class employs controlled movements to enhance stability, ease joint tension, and alleviate back pain, all while improving posture and mental well-being. Join us to boost your range of motion, balance, and body awareness for active aging that feels as good as it looks. The last 15 minutes of each class is dedicated to non-traditional Pilates exercises and pelvic floor health. This one-hour class happens online at 11:45AM ET on Tuesdays. Eight sessions.
