This soothing class begins with self-myofascial release (SMR) — gentle massage techniques using foam rollers, small therapy balls, or simple household items to relax tight muscles and improve circulation. Flow into senior-friendly yoga stretches and breathing exercises designed to enhance posture, joint mobility, and overall well-being. Each session is gentle, slow-paced, and fully adaptable, with seated and standing options for every participant. You will leave feeling looser, lighter, and more centered — with improved balance, flexibility, and a sense of calm you can carry into the rest of your day. This one-hour class happens online at 11:45AM ET on Fridays. Eight sessions.
