Find your steady, confident step — one move at a time. Better Balance helps improve coordination, posture, and leg strength through safe, evidence-based exercises designed for adults 55+. Students practice proven methods to reduce fall risk and keep you moving with ease. Perfect for anyone looking to stay independent, active, and confident in daily life. This 45-minute class happens online 11:30AM ET on Mondays. Eight sessions. Better Balance (Falls Prevention) — Instructor Bio Gina Deavers is a Senior Fitness Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience teaching balance, mobility, and falls-prevention programs. She developed the first virtual falls-prevention program in her state and was featured in The Washington Post Health section and on Kaiser Permanente’s website for her work on the Upright Balance Program at Holy Cross Hospital. Gina specializes in helping older adults improve stability, confidence, and safe movement through evidence-based techniques.
